• Coffee is a natural product; taste and aroma may vary slightly between batches.
  

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

• Prices do not include shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

• We ship across Malaysia, Brunei, and selected international destinations.
  
• Local deliveries (within Sabah) usually take 1–3 working days; Peninsular Malaysia 3–7 working days; International shipping times vary.
  
• Once shipped, delivery is handled by third-party courier companies. We are not liable for delays, lost parcels, or damages caused during transit.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for roasted coffee.
  
• If you receive the wrong item or a defective product (e.g., damaged packaging, brewing gear), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos).
  
• Approved refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.
