I gave this coffee a medium-dark roast to bring out its full body and tone down the acidity. In the cup, you’ll find rich, dark chocolate coating the palate, with a sweetness that reminds me of chocolate ice cream and a hint of cherry jam on top.
It makes for a bold, chocolaty latte and a satisfying, full-bodied americano—an easy daily cup for just about anyone.
